It has been pointed out to me that printed version of the leaflet does, as John Mann tweeted, say “We don’t talk to the voters at election time”  However, this misrepresents what was written as the full sentence reads “We don’t talk to the voters at election time, all through the year we put Focus leaflets out, canvass voters, and much, much more.” which shows the true meaning of the quote.  The version I was looking at ( and have uploaded to this blog) must have been from before I tried to correct the grammar mistake in the sentence and took out the “just to”.  My apologies to Mr Mann for accusing him of misquoting from the leaflet, although it was misrepresentation
